The seven-calendar-day period begins when the payment provider confirms that the order has been completed (paid_at).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within this period:
- Use the refund option in your Account page, if available, or
- Contact support@fdeinstinct.com from the email associated with your account and include information sufficient to identify the order.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for a refund to appear depends on the payment provider and your financial institution.
Submitting a refund request does not immediately remove paid access. Paid access is revoked after the refund is successfully completed.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or consumer rights available under applicable law.
