- Assessment and interview records are retained in anonymized form

We implement security measures including:
- Password hashing (bcrypt)
- HTTPS encryption
- Cloudflare DDoS protection
- Regular security audits
However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States (Cloudflare and our payment provider). For transfers from the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or the data is transferred to countries with an adequacy decision. By using our services, you acknowledge this transfer.
